I conduct my personal training sessions at Marchant Park on the northside of Brisbane. In my training I utilize boxing, which is one of the most rewarding forms of exercise. Boxing is a high intensity workout and it conditions and defines the whole body
I also incorporate cardio/ strength circuits into my sessions and use exercises such as free weights, medicine ball work and calisthenics. (exercises that use your own body weight as resistance)
